Chilli Addict by Kuba Hot

This chilli paste is not as easy to classify as it might seem at first glance, it is somewhere halfway between the classic chilli crunchy oils and chutney.

The base is made up of dried chillies, quality soy sauce, spring onions and sesame...

It can be used as a marinade for meats or tofu, seitan etc., the base of various sauces or dressings, pint-sized mayonnaises or just as a mustard for sausage.

Who's behind all this?

The father of the whole project is Jakub Čadina. A man whose name probably won't tell you anything (yet). He is neither a major influencer nor a participant of reality TV shows you might know him from.

However, he is a man who has been practicing his craft of cooking for almost twenty years. His journey
to cooking has been winding, but perhaps all the more interesting.
